Always a great experience ordering from this store! Deliveries fast and on time! Great customer service. I have probably only received defective devices twice in over 3 years. I shop with this merchant online verses taking chances on my local shops. Thank you to all staff members for providing awesome experiences!

While looking for a certain product to be in stock I found this site with positive reviews. After placing my order, Ohm City vapes cancelled my order without even sending an alert email. After waiting patiently I checked the tracking to find out that it was cancelled. Emailing support to know why, they said it triggered fraud alerts though I followed their steps through purchasing. This is the first and only time this has happened to me. Saying how I need to create an entire new email to use their website. I do not recommend this site if you are trying to get your products on time and in stock. Have the decency to send a follow up email to notify the person that their order was canceled or as to why it was flagged.
