WORST SHOP in the twin cities hands down.
I’ve been very loyal to this shop for 4 months now, going in every other day. I have now had 1 loon vape that simply had no hit to it at all after purchasing and 2 delta carts that do not screw in. The people who work here know absolutely nothing and say “clean your pen and it’ll be fine” but no, I have old carts that screw on just fine even after extensive cleaning of this thing it doesn’t work. Do not waste your money at this place. They have no idea what they are doing and will just rip you off. Hopefully will be shut down within a year anyway. This is just pathetic and ridiculous. Go to literally any other shop around.

They say scam, but they wont take returns for dud products. Several other reviews report the same issue with many products from this place never having the battery working and not doing returns. This is there response to that, which should tell you everything you need to know.

It's a bad shop with high prices and low customer service. Ever since they changed attendants their service has drastically decreased in quality.
