Gang took a blinker w me on call at 10:10 at night great customer service. First thing I say is “take a blinker” and she goes I will and everyone took a blinker pretty good customer service 👍

EDIT: I will keep my original review below because I feel like it serves as a fantastic example of how I feel that management should take care of their store. I went back today and was greeted by Tommy, my fiance says he goes here frequently and knows all the guys there, Tommy helped me today pick out a few products placed in various locations of the store without any problems whatsoever, and assisted us in choosing the correct sized items in the store and was friendly and delightful when talking to us, clearly invested in taking the time to hear us and made informed choices to help us get in and out quickly, while not feeling rushed at all. He mentioned that the former employee who had caused the smoke shop to lose a substantial sale the last time I visited was no longer employed there. I was not given any specific reasons, but I can probably assume.. Iwas surprised that he was able to recall my initial, slightly embarrassing 2-star review and follow up with me personally on it. The two people working tonight seemed like fantastic staff, the store was great as always, and I think they deserve a 5-star review now that they got rid of the classroom bully. 😉 5 stars! - - - Two stars because of the great selection and good prices. That's all I can say that's positive as me and my boyfriend just got rushed out of the store because we were browsing. I looked at the glass and a dude with tan skin and a beard rushed me out of the back because I wanted my boyfriend to look at a piece I picked out before I bought it. He said if I wasn't ready to buy glass to "go help your confused boyfriend" then told my boyfriend that he needed to hurry up because there were more customers and not to spend 20 or 30 minutes inside the store. (We have been inside maybe 5 minutes at this point) Before we came my boyfriend called to ask about product availability and the same guy said "We have lots of products, come in and look for yourself" But when we came in to look for products, we got pushed out of the store because we wanted to consider our options first? Good job av tobacco. You lost $100+ in sales by disrespecting your customers and by literally RUSHING us out of the store. I don't think I'll be back. You guys lost two very loyal customers today. The owner should be ashamed of this level of customer service.

Nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at a smoke shop. Had visiting friends from out of town with a LOT of questions about the different delta strains and they were patient & helpful. Also gave great recommendations and a few samples for things we hadn’t tried. Definitely will be back!!

I live in Minneapolis but always come down here because of the vast selection your store offers. I just recently got a new vape battery that Tahnee said she really liked because of the size and style. I was skeptical to get that one because it has a magnetic cartridge piece attachment and I was afraid I’d lose it but she assured me it was a nice strong magnet and it also comes with a second piece in the box. I got it and so happy I did. It’s the perfect pocket size and you can’t accidentally torch your cartridge in your pocket because there isn’t a button to press to heat it up. You just inhale and it turns on to do it’s thing. The employees here are really fun and offer great service, especially Tahnee. She is always so helpful and has a great attitude towards customers so I’m happy when she’s working when I come in. You can just feel how genuine she is when she talks to you. So, even though it’s a 30 min drive for me it’s worth it for the huge selection and fantastic service I get that keeps me coming back.

bought a product and the lady had me try it before i left. worked fine. 20 minutes later it’s dead and not rechargeable. won’t give me my money back or replace it even tho i have the receipt. total BS.
