Absolutely the best customer service I have encountered at a smoke shop the employees are friendly courteous kind and always have a smile on their face.

Great store, huge selection! They even have CBD flower, which my dog needs for seizures. Very kind and helpful staff!

Did have this set up for a 5 star review but after going there today, definitely gonna give them a 3 stars. And that’s me being nice. I sat there behind two other paying customers while the employee proceeded to open huge boxes of inventory, take each item out of the box, set it all out on the counter, then ran back and forth sticking each item.. I stood there waiting for 17 minutes as he stocked three boxes like this. meanwhile, I have no idea how long the other paying customers were waiting in front of me. And I just spent $80, needing to swap out the incorrect coil he gave me. I completely understand needing to stock the store, but to make 3 separate PAYING customers stand there and wait for you to go back and forth for more than 15 minutes, possibly longer, is insane. I could not imagine doing this at any work place as an employee. Why not take care of the customers who are literally staring holes into you and stock the 3 boxed at a later point???Hopefully management will maybe talk to the kid about how unprofessional this was.

Cam and Bear were super great and helpful! I have had several nice experiences with them now and will continue coming back! 😊 *edit* 3/5/24 had another great experience with Brad!
