Came by as a first time customer, and the door is locked. but the sign on the door said open until 10pm, tho it was only 7:53pm when I walked up. and all signs were on and the Budtender hiding behind the counter and running to the back but not paying me no mind. I figured she was working on an online order or somethin and would open the door momentarily. I patiently waited about six minutes after Trying to pull on the door and knocking, thinking that she would unlock the door so I could come in. At 7:59 I tried calling the store to see What was going on as the sign on their store Front said they close at 10 PM. Nobody picked up the phone. I decided I would start writing this review and as I was doing speech to text, the budtender heard me and came over to the door, opened it and began to berating me. Saying had a bother to look on Google I would’ve seen that they closed at 8 PM even though I had gotten there almost 8 minutes prior to closing And was ignored during that time. First impression? I will never be back based off of this impression alone. She was rude and tried to turn it around on me as if I had not been standing around waiting for her to open the locked door for over five minutes. She made a baseless claim that I was yelling at her through the door when I wasn’t. I was using speech to text to write this review and she overheard and tried to save face. I can understand if I was coming right before closing, And being a little frustrated that you have to deal with a customer. As someone with over 10 years of customer service experience, I am appalled and disgusted by how I was treated. I don’t know what her name was, but shes made it very clear that she does not like her job there… if she’s like that with all customers, that can’t be good for for business…

Best dispensary in Tulsa. The owner is caring and kind hearted. Alexis and Shyanne are my favorite budtenders!
