Pros:
The store is very clean. Good selection of quality vapor products. They also sell Kratom and other beverages that are good. Never let me down with product.
Cons:
Outside of the tall blonde guy, the service is terrible. There is ALWAYS some sort of sarcasm in every answer. My stomach gets in knots when I go in there. No offense, but they either need new jobs (like a morgue) or an intensive customer service course. I looked at my bank statement. In total, I have spent over $4,0000 in the years shopping there. They need to remember that WE the customer pay their wages. I found what I need at another store and will not be spending another dime. Great store if you do not require any customer service.

I was surprised to see a full sized pool table in the back... very clean...
