Even though I had a great conversation while things were going downhill with my units on one visit. My budtender was hilarious and made it enjoyable. Must have been rememberable, because I walked in today and he gave me shit lol. Today’s visit was smooth as silk with that same budtender 🤣

I’m a new patient. This was my first visit to this location. I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. My only disappointment, which was not their fault, was they didn’t have a journal book. My friend got one from the Jackson location. These are great for new patients to help them keep a log of what works and how much. Great set up of store. PS I visited the Grenada location last Friday and was not at all impressed.

I’m a new patient and this was my first ever visit to a dispensary and experience was amazing! Leslie and Paul were great, they are very knowledgeable and led me to the medicine that suited me based on my information and what I told them i was looking for. Very happy customer my only complaint is that I wish they carried more bulk items.

I absolutely love RootDown, Greenville MS. Leslie and her team are always happy and welcoming. The range of products is vast and I find something to buy every time I go. Their RootDown specific products are my favorite and I hope to see more of those!

I shopped at the Tupelo, MS location and was pleasantly surprised at the prices and selection. The people behind the counter are great and went the extra mile helping me. It’s a 50 minute drive one way but it’s well worth the drive! Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They pulled up the iPad with all the products on screen to make it easier for you. And even if you still can't decide they will help you make the best decision. Also the inside of the shop is a whole vibe. 10 out of 10 would recommend 👌🏾

I like the variety Root Down offers. Tara Tara helps me decide what I need and she has nailed it every time and if there’s anything new that comes along, she offers it to me. She tells me about it to see if I want some of it. I dont feel like im being rushed out the door and that’s what I like. I like that the company is offering different things. The Bay St. Louis location is outstanding! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They carry a fairly large inventory. The store has a pretty interior and is clean and well organized.
