I now remember why I do not go here. The only reason I did was because my normal place didn't have their normal sales. Rude once you get in to pick up your items. The girl with the long blonde hair should take some lessons on customer service, you include a paper on "how to store" concentrates but she just throws them in. She doesn't go through the items as she tags them just rambled the names off and I was trying to ask her questions but apparently she was in a hurry because she took off before I could even get my things together. I will try to avoid here as I normally do. I try to give places chances but when it's been my experience every time that's an issue and an absolute reason I wont return. One more thing I just realized, she didn't even label the correct stickers to items. Smh. Do better. Worst one around. Update 1/14- I did EXACTLY what you wanted in your reply to me and have yet to hear from anyone. Just like the experience was I figured this would be the same. I will NOT ever return. Maybe get your employees including "managers" whom are ignorant and clueless some more training. I know more about how things should be done than the people you have working in this location. Congrats, you suck.

Staff was absolutely fantastic today. I needed extra help today making a choice on some meds he took the time to explain terms and all to me and stayed within my budget

There was a new manager recently hired here at this location who was very unprofessional and seems to be focused on listening to conversations outside of the store (Via phone with my partner)! I’ve been coming to this location for a real long time and ever since had a bad experience since he was employed here at this location. Which stunned me the most is when he had the audacity to commentate on a conversation that was halted before I’ve stepped inside the establishment. I find that very unprofessional to be listening to Patients personal conversations, better yet to even speak about it to use your judgment of choice because you don’t want to work like we all do! So when I gave him an appropriate response, his reply was “we bend the rules around..” He should be transferred somewhere else!!!! 0/5 stars ! And no I haven’t been banned or anything because i am a respectful and kind Individual! But that made me super uncomfortable, and the old staff and members will understand where I’m coming from.

Why are the cultivators putting out completed garbage. Modern flower has to be the worse flower in the program. Coming from a veteran smoker ,this flower is what you call garbage at its finest .can I get my money back
