Customer service was exactly what it should be: chill, human, and helpful. No scripts, no pressure just people who get it. The whole experience felt seamless, like it was built for those who appreciate the little things done right.

My favorite dispo I’ve ever had (including the ones I visited in Michigan) and always has grade A medical tier products. The owner is always super kind and normally reaches out to confirm the order and make sure everything is ✨perfect✨ before leaving to deliver.

TLDR: 12/10 always goes the extra mile and I never have to wait long.
