Fast friendly service with low cost products that preform just as good as the high dollar brands. The only reason I left 3 stars is because this was my first time in lume and per their advertising I should have received 40% off but did not. Other than that one issue it is an excellent shop and I highly recommend shopping there. Update: After speaking with Tanner (super friendly associate) the only issue I had, has been resolved. Thank you Lume!

I have been to Lume just a few times, and every time the staff was very helpful. Especially at the Cedar Springs location Andrea was very helpful. And has excellent customer service she deserves a raise! 👍
