Quality Roots is hands down one of the best dispensaries around! The staff is always welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean and professional. Matt was super knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Jaycee was also incredibly friendly and made the checkout process smooth and enjoyable. Brian gave me great service as usual. He even got me to buy an extra item because I wasn’t aware it was on sale. He does a really great job he goes over and above. I whipped through the line so fast I never had to wait anywhere. When you get to quality ask for Brian. he made me feel so relaxed. In a landscape of unfriendly and poorly run dispensaries, these folks are a serious treasure. They are always friendly, they are helpful, chill overall and are happy to engage with discussing what you might get instead of banishing you to a screen without any help. They also often have better deals then other local spots. This is incredibly rare, and will keep me coming back for sure. Hats off to you, quality roots team.
