After receiving my Medication I opened it and was half under weight. The company I went through told me after speaking with cannatrek they couldn't do anything about it as it's a supplier issue. So I tried contacting cannatrek through December 2022 and even leaving messages and no reply by cannatrek. It's absolutely disgusting that a company can rip someone off so much when it's a Medication that you need.

If I could give 0 out of 5 , I would . Very,very unprofessional people , bought two cartridges and don't work . Over $300 down the drain . We did finally get email, saying nothing to do with them,take it back to pharmacy. Hang your head in shame . Hope you come undone 😡

I have been using this company for long enough to have formed an opinion and I personally have received very good service. Today they rushed approved a script and then added it to an existing order. No fuss at all and thankyou

Use the medication for my Fibromyalgia symptoms , got the prescription from my GP . So far had some relieve and I sleep much better. Will try different oils to see which helps best. Happy with the product. By the way, think not all 1* reviews are genuine.

Your email response wasn't helpful! 👎 I know there's a vape ban 👍 I'm medical patient though; so it's not banned for me to buy a battery from a licenced cannabis company or pharmacy / chemist or dispensary. Your cartridges come without batteries though; what's up with that?! Then you won't help me source a battery?! How am I supposed to consume your medication then?! Please tell me. P.S. I managed to source my own one; however it's been very stressful these last few days cause I can't take my medication cause I don't have a battery & you won't help. Next time I'm gonna have my Dr prescribe from a different company; cause you should be helping patients, not making excuses why you can't help me after I bought your product. This isn't ok. SMH
