Buy elsewhere. First delivery went fine, however when I went to order again; I was told they could deliver to my area, long story short there has still not been a delivery made. ITS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK! Last true form of communication from them was a “good luck with that” text and them telling me they’re working on my refund. STILL No refund and company ignoring my texts trying to figure out solutions! Not happy.

It doesn't even exist. I searched all over Escalante and nobody could tell me anything about this business.

I love this smoke shop. They have a little bit of everything. The guy that's usually there during the day is very nice. Actually, everyone I've ever dealt with there has been pleasant. I buy American Spirit rolling tobacco. They didn't have my flavor. So, the guy put it on his next order list. I read some of the other reviews and find it funny that people are complaining about the prices. First off, the prices are actually decent. Secondly, this is downtown San Diego. Everything is expensive. All of the downtown smoke shop's prices are pretty much the same. Nonetheless, this is my shop of choice.

I'm a total beginner regarding vape products & new to choose to the vaping world. The person who was working there wasn't pushy or arrogant. He was very politely professional. I will NOW reference to this place as my very own personal smoke shop from now on & for my future purchases. Thank you.

Do not go to this smoke shop if you google this place. The owner sold me a faulty charger for $10. When the charger is normally $2 anywhere else. The charger never worked and somehow ruined my very expensive battery. I tried returning it 2 days later and he said he couldn't only exchange the charger. I was also never given a receipt when i bought the charger in the first place and don't live in the area so i had already bought a new charger. Of course when i got the new charger after a few days it never worked.

Your customer service is more than just a customer walking in and getting the best, I call a few minutes before pulling up curb side and you bring out what ever I request without even getting out of my car, now that's customer service. Thank you for your service.
