Never going to order online from them again.. almost a $200 order and nothing that I ordered they had.. they sent me a “similar” item for everything with the claim it would be a better alternative because they no longer had any of the brands I ordered but they keep them online as the option to order as why? Maybe because the better brand is the one they trick you with online to order that then they tire you out with their tricks and you just give up and say fine send the alternative because you just want to get somethin for your money and stop dealing with these people it’s pathetic.. you need to either fulfill the correct needs of customers with what they actually ordered and if you do not carry something change it immediately or cancel the order if you do not have the products because you do not provide better alternatives
