Stopped in to restock herbs for herbal massage oil. Staff is so helpful and gave advice to help strengthen my formula! If your looking for natural products or gift ideas they have so much to offer.

I'm very happy that I stopped in this shop during my trip to FoCo. The staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop itself seemed to have a good selection. The storefront is fairly small, but you don't realize it walking around because of how tidy and organized everything is. The only suggestion I would leave for this shop is to perhaps carry some books regarding herbalism that don't have "magic" or "witch" in the title (I didn't notice any while I was in), because while I can see the natural overlap between metaphysical interest and herbalism, the titles alone may put some potential customers off who are more interested in just the practicals. This is only my two cents, otherwise it's a lovely, tidy shop with a great selection!

I never leave reviews, but after the wonderful experiences I’ve had with this place I just had to! The staff is so welcoming and always offers information, support, and resources. The environment is extremely inviting and warm and truly feels like a safe place. I have never felt more validated and heard after speaking with some of the staff. Even if you’re not interested in their products, give this place a visit! I can guarantee you’ll walk out feeling 10x better than you did walking in. Thank you to the staff for giving me hope for a better future regarding my health. This place is a true gift to Fort Collins!

Love love love this shop! I frequent this space in multiple capacities and they are always so lovely to work with. Not only does the Golden Poppy offer a fantastic variety of bulk herbs, hand-made products, and other fun items, they also work diligently to create a community around education and plant love. I recommend this spot to literally everybody I know.

I am that person that will write a review for every place I go. I will give credit when credit is due. I drove from Greeley to go to this place. I seen reviews and really wanted to look for some remedies for me. I went in from the minute I walked in I did not get help the lady at the register avoid eye contact with me.as I continued to walk around I went up the steps to the other area noticed the lady at the register was talking to other clients and asking if they needed help. The lady at register did not approach me to see if I needed help but helped other people in the store & greeted them. I walked around a good 15minutes. cute little store lots of stuff to look at. I thought I was going to walk in to helpful people from the reviews not the case. if you see someone in your store walking around looking lost. help them. anyways I finally approached the older lady that was working when I first approached her she was not that friendly and did not offer advice like she did with the previously clients. at the end she did help me gave a little insight to what I was looking for. you just ever go in a store and come back out saying I will never return there that was me. it was not inviting when I walked in I went looking for help and I did not get treated in the same manner as others that were in there. all I have to say is if you are a small business it can only take one back experience for you customers not to come back. I will never drive all the way back to fort Collins to buy from there again. I give the store a 10 it had a lot to offer. Prices were fare. lady's working seemed knowledgeable. they were just not knowledgeable with me. so sad I was really hope to be a returning customer.
