These folks are THE best!! I've been working with them since 2019, and it's never been an issue going through the process of re enrolling, and providing the documents needed for the state. Thanks Green Earth for the years of great service 🙏 And by the way they do a lot more than med cards...👍

Very bad experience. Took weeks to get a return call to make an appointment. I paid extra to have Green Earth turn in my paperwork, but a month later I received a letter from OMMP stating that I didn't sign my paperwork. I called and spoke to Becky who was super rude. I knew that I had signed the paperwork. She claimed I hadn't. So I give her permission to sign for me and when she sent a copy, there was also an attached copy of the original form that yes, I had signed. I tried to point that out to Becky and she actually yelled at me. Extremely RUDE, disorganized and unprofessional. I would NEVER go back to this place.

I wish every clinic in the State could provide the respectful, compassionate, and 5 star level of care I have received from Green Earth Medicine Clinic. Going to sign up to use cannabis as the helpful medicine it can be felt like something I was being ridiculous thinking about. I needed to try something, some of my Western prescriptions were just making things worse. The first time I walked in Green Earth Medicine Clinic for my appointment, I was shocked with a smile. The staff took me seriously. Nobody poked fun, nobody insinuated or accused, I never picked up even a second where they weren't seriously listening and caring. This is my second year with them, I'm no longer taking a pill as an antidepressant that makes me more depressed. My stomach is so sensitive sometimes even my anti-nausea meds don't stay down, but the staff at Green Earth Medicine Clinic gave me suggestions personalized for my needs, and it has DEFINITELY changed my life for the better. I'm not sure if there is any other place that provides the services Green Earth Clinic does, but I'm not trying to look, I would never want to go anywhere else. They even send me a notification when it's time for my next appointment. I would highly recommend Green Earth Medicine Clinic to anyone suffering from lifelong depression, anxiety, eating problems, digestive issues, PTSD, pain, or insomnia. On some level, I have to be honest and acknowledge that on a certain level, the staff in this clinic have helped keep me going. Thank you so much. Update: they did it again! Thank you, GEM! And absolutely I recommend everyone spend the extra $25 and get the paperwork assistance it is absolutely necessary. I was having a real struggle with my mental health when I had my appointment a few weeks ago. The doctor that I saw actually gave me the solution to my anxiety like in the suggestion that I took to my psychiatrist. I have been walking around, thinking there was no hope for a little over a year now in that area of my life and this guy knew about a psych medication as well as the prescription strength that is really helping me. Several parts of me are doing better because I went to GEM. And it was super easy.
