Wanted to keep things local with a local owner but not with this store not anymore.

As seen below customer service was not professional. At least show some compassion. I spent a couple hundred dollars last week. Yes, blame me, my hands did it, but the Mellow Fellow product was not durable and this was the first time this has happened to me with any similar product. You have the product in your store and talked it up to me and it fell apart while attempting to unscrew it for a recharge. The product shouldn’t do this and for an owner to talk up a product, you should stand by it. You should be the one to send it back not me. I’m sure you won’t notice my business gone, but others need to be aware of how customer service is handled if anyone else makes the same mistake I did.

Amazing customer service as well as a very tidy store and knowledgeable staff. Will be returning!
