I bought 2 elf bars they both didn’t work so I came back. Literally the same guy he remembered me when I walked in, so it should have been a quick fix. He only exchanged 1 for me. So I spent 35 dollars for 1 elf bar, 2 trips, and a headache. Never again.

Best prices around that I've seen for insta-bar and elfbar, and probably others but those 2 are my only reference. Super friendly, chill vibe, and his recommendations were on point. Happy to say this is definitely my go-to spot now, I've been lacking once since moving away from Good Guys.

I moved up here from Miami Beach a year ago every time I come in here five out of 10 times I got bad vapes and promises to return them if I have any problems and THEY NEVER KEEP UP ON THEIR WORD.. I literally spend 500$ to $600 a month here between me and my wife . I am finally am posting a review which I don’t like to do unless it’s a POSITIVE ONE. He recently sold me fake CBD as well and now six hours later I go in to return a $20 vape that is leaking juice out of the tip and he says I can’t return that brand. It’s always a story save your headache and Shop somewhere else and I’m talking from experience of somebody that’s been in business 25 years myself and my wife This is definitely not any Type of customer service customer service !!! I will not be returning to the store ever again and mind you I shop at all three of them. They have one in Nutley. They have one in Lynhurst on Ridge Road and they have another one on Ridge Road down the corner horrible, horrible customer service and do not stand behind their word, nor of their product, don’t be a victim !!

Really good smoke shop around this area. We purchased a hookah pot with good flavors. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.
