I made two visits to the flowery; Saturday April 6 and Monday April 8, 2024. Both were positive experiences. Saturday a friend and I used the kiosk digital screen to place an order- the screen is very large and responds promptly without being overly sensitive. This is a great option. The employee at the checkout counter was helpful in advising there were 2:1 drinks, as opposed to the 1:1 I had in cart. Was really happy with the suggestion and he swapped out the drinks. Clearly he’s a hero. Of the drinks I purchased Ayrloom is top tier; like drinking the freshest sweetest apple. The Ayrloom cola was also a real winner for me, excellent flavor nicely spiced. No stomach burn, no agita, no headache- very smooth drink and product. Tune Raspberry lime was great for mellowing out and relieving minor pain but the flavor wasn’t as pleasant as the Ayrloom to my palate.
The same employee who made the drink recommendations advised I try the caramels- he was right they are lush and indulgent. I was undecided between chocolate bar and caramel.
…placed a light order simply due to the fact there was so much there. No worries- I went back.
MONDAY April 8 visit was Eclipse day- great day to be out and about there was such a community vibe. The dispensary had a completely differnt front end staff this day. I asked if I could place an order directly with a person because I wanted more advice, they were happy to take my order.
They had some excellent recommendations, I went in there for the multi packs of Ayrloom for optimum health and eclipse viewing. Lemonade and vanilla Cola. Delicious and Delightful.
The staff advised me to try the swirl sticks so I can enhance any drink or increase the dose of the ayrloom. They are more easily portable then the cans in some places. The young lady advised me on how to better use the stick - I appreciate her!!! The gentlemen behind the counter is a great salesmen, he’s also ensuring customer satisfaction with his winning attitude and knowledge- he mentioned being former FDNY- certainly also a customer service hero. I also purchased caramels, whole flower grape balls of fire, the little glass bottle of 5 pink runtz preRolls-absolutely love that the product comes with a best use by date. This is a feature that other dispensaries I have used do not offer and they should. Neither Vireo, Curaleaf nor Be or the other “not to be named places” I’ve tried offer best use by dates at the times that I purchased.
Today I have a medical infusion it’s a 4 1/2 hour procedure I feel really good, the products are discrete and easy to carry without damaging them. The effectiveness of the products I’ve tried is perfect. Spot on. My only negative is that the price is a few dollars more then other dispensaries for the same product. Would like to know if there is a reward points or customer loyalty system. I would like the option to sign up for new product alerts, sales or if they have any or deals. I will absolutely be back. The variety, freshness and overall quality make this the best legal recreational dispensary currently operating in the 5 boroughs.

Luke is awesome! Hooks it up every time. The ambiance every time I walk in here is on the money. You can tell these guys really care about keeping you medicated and feeling good. Knowledgeable staff and that chill 420 feeling you want when you walk into a dispensary. Michael cashed me out and has got me hooked on the RSO. Make this your next stop!
