I used to like going here a year or two ago, because I actually had a friend that referred in which his cousin worked there as well. This is when they had at least 4 or more employees working at a time. The more recent times I’ve gone there there is only one in which I’ve had numerous bad experiences. When I would ask about certain vape juices and flavor profiles the employee would just shrug and say I don’t know. This is not just one employee, but every recently.

My proximity to this shop, being right next door to my house, initially seemed like a convenience for my vaping needs. However, the persistent issues with stock availability and the lack of knowledge among the staff have been a consistent source of frustration. One recurring problem is the shop's chronic shortage of juice varieties. It's disheartening to visit, hoping to find a specific flavor, only to be met with disappointment due to the perpetually empty shelves. This consistent unavailability has raised concerns about the shop's ability to manage inventory effectively. Equally concerning is the staff's limited knowledge about mods, coils, and vaping in general. While I understand that not everyone may be an expert, a basic understanding of the products they sell should be a prerequisite. Staff members should be equipped to answer customer queries, guide them on product choices, and provide essential information. The current situation, where the staff lacks this fundamental knowledge, reflects a significant oversight in the shop's management. My sincere suggestion is for the shop to invest in staff training or consider hiring individuals with a comprehensive understanding of the vaping industry. This would not only enhance the customer experience but also contribute to a more professionally run establishment. As a customer, the desire is not just to have convenient access to products but also to rely on the expertise of the staff. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in both inventory management and staff training, ultimately fostering a more satisfactory experience for patrons like myself.

This is my current go-to shop for vape products, the staff are great, second favorite staff for all the local vape shops. The locations pretty good it is canyon country and if you're in Santa Clarita it's not the most central spot but, the prices here and the selection combined with the staffing make it my favorite spot in the Santa Clarita valley. If you're looking for mods and tanks the selection here isn't the greatest but, for juices at decent prices this is my favorite spot.
