Customer service is number 1 in the shop. The young man that served me was really nice and is a major reason I shop here. I disagree with the assessment of other reviewers.
Great prices and there is a wide a variety of vape supplies.
I don't hookah but from what I can see there is a good variety of hookah gear and tobacco. I don't smoke but the cigarette prices are some of the lowest I've seen. I purchased a carton of cigarettes for my roommate and the price was $40 less than what I expected for a carton of name brand cigarettes. There is a variety of glassware pipes for herb and all of your smoking needs. Variety, good prices and great customer service makes this a great smoke shop!

Their website says they open at 9, but the sign on the shop says 10. I got there 5 minutes before 10 and waited until 10:15 but nobody showed, there was 2 others waiting as well. So I left and figured I'd come back. When I returned at 11 the gates were open and the lights were on but the door was locked and nobody was in sight. This is no way to run a business and it's obvious whoever is running this business simply doesn't care. There's plenty of competition out there and clearly this business doesn't want or care about my business, so I won't be returning. I recommend you go somewhere else as well and do business with people who care about your business.

BEWARE- cheap merchandise that will break and they do not allow exchanges. The battery I purchased turned on and appeared to heat. I thought it was an issue of needing to charge. I tried multiple times and different ways and it did not work. I tried to return it and since they told me it was almost two weeks they would not accept their product back in exchange for another one. Do yourself a favor, go to a reputable place that allows refunds and exchanges when their products are broken. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.

They treat me good all the time. I'm always running in a spaz way n They have had the patience, respect and to treat with 110% customer service. Awesome!!!
Also the Smoke Shop has a lot of products to chose from. You think just going to run in store for one thing , but everything else catches your eyes. Then you realizes $50bucks later. But it's all worth the spending.
