Catalyst is my fav dispensary in LA and my visit today only reiterated why I feel this way. Big thank you to the manager Geoffrey or Jeffrey for his ultimate customer experience. Truly weed for the people thank you.

Great shop that took me embarrassingly too long to give a chance to. I was loyal to two other local shops; however, after coming here for the first time blew them outta my radar. Not only are the prices awesome, but there’s specials going on everyday, the bud-tenders may as well be your friendly neighborhood connect to great selection of strains. It’s now my top choice dispensary.

My main go-to store! ... There's lots to pick from, I tend to just pop in and grab Catalyst's own 18 bags, 2 for under $25 On a Mum / Artist budget, can't go wrong . Also, The Bud Tending ladies here are my favourite, I appreciate the welcoming personalities, the staff here are always a pleasure. ☺️

Front desk is SO rude. He had attitude. He was grossed out by my questions. Like, yes… we have that promo every Friday. The thing is, I called the surrounding Catalyst and all but this one provided great customer service.

I’ve always liked coming here but I didn’t like my experience today. The budtender was polite when she talked but what’s weird was that she recommended a different brand of gummies since the one I wanted wasn’t available. She pointed to the box through the glass and I asked to check it out because I wanted to read the back of the box to know more about the gummies before I purchase them.. she brought a box to me and she just wouldn’t let the box go lol. As I was awkwardly trying to turn the box around her hand was extended all the way to me holding the box making me feel strange like she believed I was about to bolt with the box or something with a whole door and security outside. Why so extra? Let the customer feel comfortable and check the product out especially if it’s boxed in a metal box I don’t understand what the problem is? Then she told me there’s a discount on it today and it’s $18 instead of $25. I say ok and try to buy it and she says that’ll be 25 dollars. I’m like what happened to the discount? Turns out the discount ended. Left feeling very strange. That was unnecessary.
