Redondo Discount Tobacco

guy with glasses working there was pretty rude, not very knowledgeable on what he's selling. went in to buy a pack of coils for my smok, he said he had no idea if they had it. i told him my model, he said he still didnt know, despite looking at the coils he had out. i just told him i'd go elsewhere.

ended up going to vape guys instead, and i highly recommend them lol.

About 1 month ago, I purchased a can of Drum rolling tobacco from this store. When I opened the can the inside of the can had rust spots all around it's inside and the tobacco was discolored & had a very bad metallic odor to it. The can of Drum I had bought was obviously very old and should not have been for sale. I took the can back and was told that they didn't give refunds but they gave me a discount on a pouch of tobacco and a lotto ticket. I requested that they start carrying my preferred brand of rolling tobacco, Amsterdam Shag by Peter Stokkebye. About 2 weeks later I went in and a can of Amsterdam Shag was available so I bought it.

Today I went back to this store to buy a new can of Amsterdam Shag. There was no problem with the previous can I had purchased so I thought nothing of buying a second can without checking. After my card payment cleared, I stepped outside to roll a cigarette from the new can but when I opened it the can did not even have a seal and the tobacco inside smelled suspiciously like the very same tobacco from the rusted can of Drum I had returned. I immediately walked back into the store (not even a minute had passed) to complain and get a refund or exchange it. The clerk denied that this was the can I had purchased because I took the price tag off the lid. I told him to keep it and I wanted my money back. He told me to come back in an hour when his boss would be there so I told him to forget it.

These people are dishonest sleazebags and you should avoid doing business with them.
