I’ve been a customer of Cig Zone for the better part of 2 years. I purchased some Zyn from there today— unfortunately I use Zyn far too much so I’m too familiar with packaging and the pouches— the packaging looked fine, and given the Zyn shortage I was suprised they had some. Sure enough I opened the can and the pouches inside were not Zyn. This is a scam and I’m sure very illegal. Went to speak with the employee who sold— she was very nice, and certainly not her fault, but claimed she was unable to refund because only the manager has that ability. Very unfortunate and frustrating way to scam a loyal customer.

This place is unassuming from the outside, but if you're a cigar aficionado it's absolutely worth checking out! The walk-in humidor is well stocked, the prices are very reasonable, and the cigar lounge in the back was completely unexpected and very nice! Staff was friendly and accommodating. I'll be back for sure!

They carry a very large collection of cigarettes, cigars and related paraphernalia. They also carry Kratom (something I don't use, but I know has quite a few users of).
I don't give it five stars because It's not exactly healthy products that we're talking about.
I both hate and like what California is doing to Jack up the price of tobacco products.

Went in last weekend. Carton was $149! Wow. Didn't realize until I got home. Last time was $121. Went to nearby competitor today that is usually a little more expensive and the price was $124. Never again. Wow.

This is my favorite smoke shop in the Mar Vista/Palms area. They have good price on cigs, they carry body jewlery at low prices, (which is awesome cause I am always loosing the balls for my septum ring and used to have to go down to Venice where parking sucks and I end up having to pay 7x the amount so thank you!) And the employees there are super friendly, patient, welcoming and always smile, and now a days in L.A a friendly employee who actually smiles at their customers is impossible to encounter, No matter what kind of shop it is.
So Thank you to the employees for being great and appriceative of their customers and Thank you to the shop owners for the low prices and for hiring Awesome employees😊💕🙏🤘
