Update: They reached out to me and I have found this latest order to be at their usual standards. Fast fulfillment, fast ship-out. Therefore, I've upgrade my review. Original: Before their reopening, this was my fave online ejuice shop. Since their reopening, I've placed only 2 orders. The first one took forever for them to ship and I had to get a replacement order sent via UPS. The second order, I placed over 1.5 weeks ago, it's slowly moving the USPS system. They must have used the slowest option to ship it. I get packages from overseas faster than I'll get this latest order. It's still not here (not even in my state yet) took 4 days before they even picked and ship the order. Well, my family and I (several vapers in the family) have decided we're going to have to find a different company. I'm saddened to see what was once good service has just gone downhill.

I just ordered the Dazzleaf 2milii and it won’t charge. I got it Tuesday afternoon and been trying all day on Wednesday. I tried 6 different chargers and nothing. This is my first time ordering with y’all. I just wanted a 2g concealable battery. And I thought this would work. Well I’m wrong. Back to the drawing board.

Element vape kept messing up my orders, so I was looking for a different company that had better customer service! First time ordering from this vape company!! Great first impression!! Authentic products!! Extremely fast shipping!! I made my order at 2:02 pm the other day and it was literally shipped 11 minutes later after I made my order!! You now have a returning customer!! Visited this store today for the first time. Guy was great at customer services and sales. Got home excited about my product- boom! Highly satisfied...! Definitely recommending and coming back to visit. If I could only remember the name of the guy who helped me, I’d call him right here for him to get a raised. Thanks bro.
