They were super knowledgeable about the strains, effects, and deals, and made recommendations that were right on point. I never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely taken care of. Their customer service was top-tier, and you can tell they really care about helping people find exactly what they need. If you’re stopping by, definitely ask for them. The workers here are honestly wonderful. I think one of their names were Jessica and the other one with the pink hair were honestly amazing. They made my experience much better. Victor assisted me during my current visit. And per usual it was great. I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff is always very knowable and the products they offer are top tier. My last visit Effin Edibles had a promotion. First time trying! Looking forward to future promotions.

Ive reviewed a couple products but a lot of the time the website gives me propagation errors and wont let me finalize my review, anyhow, all the product i have received have been phenomenal. I mostly have been focused on your vape carts but i also very much enjoy the RSO and Flower options you have as well. Thanks for everything!

Love this dispensary! Always such great deals. Plus they always remind me of the extra goodies I can get with my order, which I really appreciate. Love the chill atmosphere of the store too. The workers are always very attentive and caring when I walk in. The one worker named Mike was such a kind person, he really helped me out too because I was just short 25 cents of my total. I'll always choose Ascend Chicago Ridge as one of my go-to's

I placed an online order last night, my total came out to $175 , got to the store to pick it up today they were trying to charge me $256 for the same items, I showed the manager my confirmation number for the order and the total amount when I placed the order he still wasn’t trying to honour the order that I placed through their website, that was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had, felt like I’m buying my stuff from a drug dealer literally. not coming back again that’s for sure

Bought $140+ of product only to find out it’s THCa… what a waste and won’t be coming back 👎🏼
