Laura at the Verilife Cannabis store was absolutely awesome. She was very friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I explained what I was looking for and what I needed, and she took the time to really listen and educate me on my options instead of rushing me. I left feeling confident, happy with my purchase, and genuinely grateful for her help. She made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I was helped by Laura today and she was amazing! It was my first time at the dispensary. I was shopping medical with a care givers card and because of that creating an account was a little more difficult then usually and throughout the whole process she was awesome and super helpful. Was glad she was the one who helped me out.

The experience was great and I appreciate the professionalism of this establishment. All products were organized, adequate, and presentable. The employee Ed was of much help in directing me to the product(s) in which I have chosen. I recommend this place of establishment to any and all who are looking for high-quality marijuana products along with quality customer consideration.

It was my first time in and I was unsure of what I wanted. Hailee was very helpful and took her time to listen to what I was looking for and then recommended some options for me. I appreciated her taking time to hear me out and set me up with what I needed.

I just recently purchased a few 1g magnitude carts from Verilife and had an issue with one leaking out of the bottom vents. I went to the website and emailed the customer service email that was posted online, followed up a few days later with a phone call to be told by the employee that I have to send the request to a different email address that I couldn’t find posted on their website, I checked under the contact us link with just receiving the same info of that old customer service email that I guess is no longer being monitored. Either way I sent a new email to address that I was provided, waited a few days with no response and then decided to call again to ask for the manager. Talked to Brandon he was super nice helpful and offered to have me come in the same day for a replacement, drove in showed him the picture and my receipt he provided the replacement which I am very appreciative of. My frustrations here are the fact that the website is misleading with the cs Verilife email address and the fact that I had sent a few follow ups with no response. All I received was an automated email stating that my response was received and I will be responded to in a prompt manner but revived nothing until following up again via phone call again. Great place great products great workers, I just need a bit more information on the website regarding returns on faulty or bad products. If I struggled this much with it I can only imagine others are experiencing the same.

DEE is an awesome person all around, she genuinely cares, she is patient, she tried to get the best products for what you are explaining you need.. I am a medical patient and I’ve been going to dispensaries for years. I’ve never had an employee teach or inform me of products like Dee did. Her positivity and energy are unmatched lol . I’m so grateful I met her.. it is life changing. Thanks so much! CHRIS- I’ve only gotten the opportunity to meet Chris a few times ( he is always busy!) he’s popular and I’ve observed guests that wait specifically for him.. today I got the pleasure of his help and I am beyond pleased!! Chris has such a great personality, he’s easy to talk to about what’s going on and what I need , he is also EXTREMELY helpful in explaining things to me and has helped me with things I can do at home to learn!!!
