Just a couple days ago I purchased a select essentials pineapple express cartridge 1 g started using it and the resin started coming out of the tip! I called and told them about it and they told me to go to the website send a contact email and wait 35 days and somebody will call you and make a decision on what to do because they said since I didn’t have my original receipt which I shouldn’t have to have because they have my contact and my purchases on file there that I couldn’t bring it back. The person I spoke to on the phone was totally rude and not helpful. I will never buy another thing from that place again.! Beware buyers Because they do not stand behind the product they sell! So I am losing so much that I might of as well just throw my money out the window!
