I bought a pen for wax/oil and the heating element stopping working within 1 day of use. (Not their fault, it does happen sometimes - most likely a faulty pen) - I came back the next day and they swapped it out free of charge. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the customer service is top notch. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

Mr, Vape and Smoke is a chill type of shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are decent. I grew up in the neighborhood and walking down Lincoln Avenue is like walking down "memory lane"... don't hesitate to check out the selection. And during this time of the pandemic... stay safe and healthy!
