The girl I worked with was super awesome and very helpful. She was very kind and answered all my questions and really went above and beyond for customer service. I sent my friends in to purchase items after I had such a great experience as well. I purchased a Cosmic gas tank and when I took the rubber cap off, I noticed that the metal screw piece was dented like it had been dropped. I called the store and a gentleman answered. I explained that I had been in there just an hour prior And asked if I could swap the tank or come back and get a partial refund. I understand there are people who would exchange empty tanks or damage them through their use but this dude was rude and just not the vibe at all. I likely won’t be back because that was literally $100 wasted. Most other shops I have been to are understanding and have scales or extra supply because they understand these things happen.

The customer service was OK, but the price of everything is way overpriced even when bringing in a proof of receipt to see if they could price match was unfortunately a letdown, It’s a good place because it is really close to my house, but I’m not gonna pay over price for items. I would rather waste the gas and just go to my usual spot.

This is the best store I've been to!! About a year ago I found vape city and it was great but since I moved to this side of town this has been my best smoke shop experience in 15 years!! Knowledgable employees, helpful,friendly, patient and just overall cool guys! The rewards program is definitely worth trying out and they always have the newest best items you can't find anywhere else! 10/10 highly recommend

It’s a very neat and organized very professional with tons of namebrand items. Things are very reasonably priced as well.
