The new management is absolute garbage. Marked up all the prices and completely stopped selling the more affordable nicotine and delta. Chunk and George no longer work there so don't expect any hospitality

the rock n roll it shops are some of my favorite and one of my main shops i go to being close to home but i have a problem everytime i try and come in the morning you either have to wait an hour after opening for them to even show up and then more time on top that for them to get settle inside this if probably the 4th or 5th time iv had this issue, this time upon parking the lady opening the store arived after me and sat in her car for about 10 minutes until another car pulled up which is when they finally opened the doors 20 minutes after 9 and 10 minutes later the store is still not open to the public, honestly wouldnt be a issue if it was only one time but this is everytime if it takes so long to open up or your employees cant be there on time change you hours or get better employees.

The place is comfortable and cozy, all staff members at work on that particular day are very sweet and kind and it always feels good in here and it smell good in here.
