Came in yesterday to get a new piece. Everything was organised very nicely. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The selection was very good, and the employee behind the counter was very helpful. The short girl with the glasses. She took me through a selection of pieces and took her time helping me find an optimal one that would work best for me. She was very kind and understanding, even though I took forever to try to figure out which one I wanted. I walked out with a piece that I loved. As someone who frequents smoke shops, I definitely give this location 5 stars. Everybody should come check this place out if they haven’t already. Will definitely become my go-to.

sell me a product that was opened and half of the stuff missing. Was told nothing could be done about it accept half off the same product next time I come back in. Excuse me? Funny how every single other shop, EVEN the same company but different location, have better and different customer return policies. Everywhere els in humble, Atascocita, kingwood and Huffman will replace the product in whole free of charge. Not to mention it was an unsealed box. You have a theif working for you if half the product out of boxes are just gone. This all happend in store by the way. Will never come back. That return policy is rigged compared to quite literally every other shop in town. If I was petty I would call 311 and tell them about the weed you guys are selling that's non compliant with state laws. You shouldn't be in buisness blatantly screwing honest money spending customers. I've never left a bad review in my life. Disgusting.

Came in early this morning. Ellyanna was super helpful. She helped me find a vape I’ve been looking for. Prices weren’t to bad either. 5 stars.

Prices are killing the market right now you’ll only get the best here for sure. Eric is a very helpful attentive employee that’s has helped 10/10 he’s a great addition.

I'm pretty sure that there are other places to purchase inscents, but Rick N Roll It has been my one stop shop for them recently. They sell so many long lasting scents.
