Owner replies to this one star review asking to reach out and discuss what happens, but leave 0 contact information. I’m a business owner myself. Here’s the story.

I walked in to buy a vape. I asked for the one I wanted and was told the price. I didn’t agree with the price (they were CLEARLY ripping me off for that vape that I’m going to get for 40% less at vape king down the road), so I POLITELY informed him “never mind, I’m not interested. Vape king has it way cheaper down the road. Y’all are charging too much” to which the grungy gremlin looking fellow who was overly proud of being an American white guy decides to mutter some things under his breath to me. To which I call him out on just being a sore loser that he can’t accept that his prices are ripping customers off. AND I wasn’t even arguing, I simply began to walk away while rejecting the sale, which I guess hurt his little man ego. Then as I’m at the door calling his disrespect out, he storms to the entrance where I’m standing like he has the ability to hurt me or something (brother this is texas, I suggest if you care about your overly round wife’s wellbeing, you’ll tread more carefully). Anyway. Threatening your customers and talking smack and being offended by them, terrible business practice. I own / operate multiple businesses. Absolute joke of a vape store this is. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Bet you still won’t leave your contact info for me to reach out. 5/13/24 UPDATE: How do yall expect me to give yall feedback without providing any contact info? Or is this your attempt at saving face against a bad review? Laughable honestly.

Excellent service and discount I will return again in the near future for my pain relief balm. Thanks and God Bless you, the pain management Drs in Houston are so cruel and treated me so inhumane I have to find alternative options for pain relief.
