I had my 1st, bad CS experience today. I was spoken down to by a young woman who countered everything I said as if I didn't know what I was talking about! (e.g. having store order items for me and delivered to the store, or previous BOGO's including ALL Vit Shoppe brands.) And she kept asking me if I use a CC for purchases or pre-paid orders...like who carries lge amts of cash to shop these days?! Felt belittled by ageism and not regarded as a valued consumer.

I just left this location, worse customer service ever! They are supposed to price match your purchase, instead the manager and behind the counter employee told me what the price would be. Then now all of a sudden they only price match from Amazon, when there is no sign saying only price matching from amazon. I have purchased all my items for years at vitamin shoppe (not this location) and never had any issues with flavors or price matching. They are ridiculous, seemed like they didn't want my business so i will take it some where else. Make up your mind!
