I have been coming to this Sky High location for years and out of all of the locations this one is by far the best. I have been welcomed like family but all the workers here and im always impressed with the customer service here. I would recommend this place to everyone :)

This man is prejudiced , blatantly told me he does not care about any customers , knowing the area is flooded with questionable people to say the least, will not service unless we leave our expensive electric scooter outside unwatched. Told me he is the manager , but wouldn't give me a name, wouldn't give me a customer service or complaint source. It is sad how they continue to treat black and brown customers whom are the majority who shops here. I would suggest spending your hard earned money somewhere else. There are plenty of other shops around. Will NEVER SPEND A DIME there going forward. They are expensive to add to it. Other employees are a joy. But if this guy is the manager, that speaks volumes.

I love coming to sky high because it is very close and I mean close to doors away. Another reason I love coming to sky high is because of the customer service I receive from the young people that work in the store like Joseph Gillian and Tee💕 The reason for the two star rating is because now that the “Staff” Has taken over the duties of running the store I feel the customer service has tanked. I’m a regular. I come in at least 2 to 3 times a week. If only just to say hello when I walked past the door every time I see the kids working in the store. So coming from a person of 40 years customer service experience I can honestly say the customer isn’t always right, but in my case if I ask to feel the product for moisture, I should be allowed to because after all, it’s my money!😊

Our favorite smoke shop! Gill rocks!! She helped us out last time we came in and we’re so glad she was here when we came back today. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a great attitude!

Great service. Super friendly and always such a clean establishment. Everyone is always so helpful when making recommendations. This is the only smoke shop I will come to know I found it one random night and now will always make the drive to come to this specific location.
