Puff Gallery Smoke Shop

I am extremely disappointed with Puff Gallery in Wayne. Despite being a loyal customer for a long time, I was given the wrong pod which ruined my vape and they refused to take responsibility for it. Even worse, they expected me to pay the full price for their mistake! I have spent a lot of money at their store buying vapes, juice, pods, and other things, but they don't value their customers. It's a matter of principle for me and I offered to pay more than half of the price, but they still insisted on charging me full price. Their greed has cost them a loyal customer and I will not be returning, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
* Edit* I see a reply, however. This happened on Saturday and I asked to speak with the manager but your employee with the bald head Facetimed some other guy that I’ve never seen before and that guy Thanked me for being a customer but told me that there's nothing that he could do for me. I’m not sure who the Manager is but I know for a fact that he wasn't there on Saturday and he wasn't the person that was on Facetime. I just called an Employee said that a Manager isn't there
