The guy who helped me buy my Vaporesso device a few weeks ago was wonderful. His name was Cal. He even matched the color of my device to the color of my nail polish. With his help I was able to stay well under my budget and get a quality device and good juice flavors. He was very patient and welcoming. Answered all of my questions and helped me adjust my airflow after I set up the device in the shop. 10/10 experience. Please give Cal a raise.

This place has absolutely ruined me, and I say that in the best possible way. I cannot go to another place for my vape-related needs. The staff here is so knowledgeable, so kind, that you feel like family the second you walk in. I will travel out of my way or even wait and struggle with my nicotine addiction until I get a chance to go here, knowing the product I get will be both fresh and priced similarly to online. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you own it, you need to give a huge raise to the manager of the Chinatown location. No lie, his customer service skills exceed legitimately anybody I’ve ever met in my life, and every time I go in there and there are other customers, he seems to be making new lifelong customers while paying attention to everybody. Kudos.

This spot always get me lit 🔥. The team here is very attentive and they have plenty of products to offer. You’ll definitely find something you like. Also, great rewards program they offer as well😏

went in and got mansplained by the guy there, even after I said I knew what I was looking for. not too suprising though considering most vape/smoke shops are male owned and run, and expect women to not know anything about it.
