I have came to Smoke & Eve in the past and never had terrible customer service from them. Recently I have gone twice and both experiences came out to be very very poor. The customer service that these employees show are terrible. My first visit back I was called out by this big girl at the counter that had a microphone for the whole store to hear. She said some vulgar words that no customer should ever be called. Then she proceeded to ask for a tip for her “services”, she didn’t even grab me the item that I wanted. She only got handed the item from another employee. She didn’t even give me the correct change back. Note, make sure you check the change that you were supposed to receive back. Second visit, which was today. Same big girl and another girl right beside her at the counters demanded for me to tip them. Remembering my last encounter, I had to speak up and said no to them in a stern way. They received it as me being rude and both female employees started instigating the whole entire situation. Both asking why I wouldn’t tip, what my issue was, not trying to apply my student discount. Straight up was rude and I reminded the big girl employee that she was rude last time I came. She dismissed the last encounter and said “oh that was a couple weeks back” still showing the ignorant, disrespectful, selfish, and entitled behavior. Would suggest other people to look else where to take their business. I don’t know how this place has such high reviews, this place is organized with immature people that don’t know a thing or two about customer service. If I could give it a 0 star rating. I would.

Don’t waste your time or money just bought this disposable yesterday and it stopped working I went to store to try and replace but the cashier told me nothing they could do It won’t charge or hit and it’s not like they’re cheap No help at all worst service ever the guy does not need to be working if he’s under the influence
