Staff don’t know anything about vaping or products. I always have a problem every time I want to use my points they say I can’t. They wouldn’t let me exchange a SEALED IN BOX AND PACKAGE vape that was bought by my mom as a gift and literally went back a hour later and they said no so what the point of having a exchange policy then. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and they always give me problems even when I’m being simple

Got off of work late wanted to buy a few vape juices and the two guys working in the store were more interested in just hanging out, also me and my dude walked in with vapes in hand and told us we card under 50 like really? They could have been nicer about it instead of being rude, i understand its policy or whatever but still, i won't be returning here anymore, plenty of vape shops with better prices and products.
