Hands down, THE BEST 42degrees in Omaha, I feel like family, and they treat me like family. They even spotted me when I was short on cash. Make sure to say Hi to Dawn, she is absolutely the bright spot at this location, she goes out of her way with knowledge, and suggestions. I love them! I love this location, but, I’ve been to others, they were really good, I just prefer this location! It’s not by my mom’s house, it’s by my house tho! ❤️

I went in their the other day and first of all, the hospitality was outstanding and welcoming. The knowledge coming off all the workers is truly helpful and so considerate. We went in to get a pipe and ended up talking about what would be best for me to use and next thing you know I was being informed about all the products including some of the ones you can eat ! Huge huge shout to Austin, Davann (I am sorry I misspelled it) and Nene. Everyone that works in sales should have a book written by yall. I will be back. If I could you give you more stares I would.

Came in to just grab a piece (as a gift) and just leave. However, an employee by the name of Zach assisted me. He had so much information. He completely changed my opinion on glass as a whole. And he instructed me to get an item that matched perfectly to the person I was giving it too. I don’t leave reviews, but that guy went above and beyond.

Was there on Thursday afternoon February 29th 2024. I was the person who just had to have that Pink smoke buddy. Came in there just to get some e-juice but I end up buying many other things:) Great customer service. I think the guys name was Zack (I'm not good at remembering names) but he was a great help and they didn't mind my awkwardness because I have anxiety and autism. They were very helpful, patient, and understanding. Very large selection of things to satisfy your needs like CBD products. Had a great shopping experience that Thursday! Also got me a very cool all metal Clipper lighter too:)

As always there was the sweet little gal who opens the door first thing in the morning to let her customer's in. Always I a good mood. Super, super knowledgeable about everything in the store. I look forward to going there, she is really fun to talk to.
