I had a great experience at Apollo. Reception was very friendly and courteous. I met with the doctor first who took the time to explain everything. And then met with an educator who helped me get set up with a license producer and even help me order. The appointment did take some time but I was warned ahead of time that the whole process would take about 1-1/2 hours. Overall my experience was wonderful. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

What a great company. I can't stress enough how amazing the people the service and the products are for this online clinic. I would highly recommend it to anybody that is looking to get some relief from ailments that can be fixed with cannabis related products. Every one of the staff is extremely considerate, highly educated, and eager to please their patients. They obviously very much care in every way shape and form. If you need help with an ailment and you don't know where to turn, these people are eager to help and very easy to deal with.

I love the laid back feeling of the office. Front office staff are nice and courteous. They can answer most questions you have when you walk in. Some days the wait is a little long but far better than my family doctors wait times. My first doctor went back to Israel so I have this new doctor and let me tell you this guy cares and listens. We worked out everything in about an hour and now when I visit it's a quick review of my health and I'm out. Veterans get a nice discount as they should..thank you for your service!!.. and you can get one too if your documentation supports it. They inquire about the L.P and if they are the right fit, if its not good they will change it up for you. Thanks for your help and support

Apollo clinic is one of the best clinics for medical cannabis as they are so incredibly kind and compassionate. I have been with them for almost a year, and they really helped me manage my chronic illnesses . I am so thankful for all their help these last few months. They really take the time to listen and help you find the right course of treatment. They always follow through with appointments, and call backs were very quick in response time. I have nothing but positive comments to say about this clinic. To add, all my appointments are virtual, and the service they use is easy to navigate.

The email prompts to complete their forms worked fine. Easy to complete and then the phone appointment was set. The actual phone session with the LPN was friendly and professional. She was able to answer my questions, explain options and indicated I would get a written summary within a day or two. The summary showed up later the same day and VA processed the documents without any problems. I can tell, even over the phone that the two people I spoke with care about what they are doing and are patient centric.

Took eight days to get my Medical Special Needs Benefit application form simply signed & dated when all I needed was a recommendation to use a vaporizer. The form was just signed There was no delays with sending Apollo the forms as they were sent via email yet the reply that follows will way differently....

Very kind and professional nurse practitioner patiently took time to discuss my medical concerns and provided informative medical advice. After my appointment I was contacted by the support team educator wakes me through everything I needed to do to fill my prescription and options to administer treatment. Very impressed with quality and level of service.
