Most overpriced store in town for cannabis. I love pens and was buying Wildwood and Gold Labels at $40 a pop with a discount here and there. Now I pay $20 at Lola's for basically the same thing as Wildwood. It's by Astria Farms. Then, paying $30 for Wildwood at the vape store right next to Apotheca, across from Bogart's. This same shop also has wax at like $10-20 cheaper. Stop wasting your money. I hate to even say anything about a store with great products, but as long as they're priced like they are, it'll be one star.

*basically if you want cheap quality products go anywhere else they'll get you the buzz you want but at what cost ?? Its just not worth it !!* It's disappointing to see such a good, clean, quality brand continue to overcharge its customers. Most of their products, especially those that aren't the Apotheca brand, like Peak, are much cheaper everywhere else.Peak disposables at Apotheca cost $45 and some change, but at your regular vape store they cost $25 , they're not fake or anything, and they're much cheaper. The same goes for Peak flower, just to give a specific brand. It's still being sold at Apotheca for $40 an eighth. If you go to your tobacco and vape shop, the one near the DMV on Russ Avenue and the one across from Bojangles in Hazelwood, they only charge $25 for the same exact eighth. Most of their stuff is like that; pens that they sell for $40 I can find for $20 and $30 at places like Lola's or Tobacco and Vape. The same applies to concentrates: $40-$60 at Apotheca, and no more than $35 for the same amounts at regular vape stores. So, if you're wondering if it's worth stopping and you're looking at reviews to decide, seriously, if you value your wallet, stay away from Apotheca. They have great products, but you can pay much less anywhere else for the same things if you know how to look.

I have been coming to this store location for 2 years. The products are generally over priced but I have always got a military discount which helps a little and they have always stacked it with other promos. This is why i have looked past the prices and it has never been an issue until today. A new trainer is in the store and said that it should have never happened. Thats funny because all prior managers or employees filling in have never mentioned anything. I did not like the trainers attitude and now it definitely feels like profit over people. I am unsure if I will ever use this company again.

This place has such a great welcoming atmosphere, and a surprisingly wide selection. Marina was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Been to Apotheca about 10 times with in a yr. Everytime the flower tasted like a basement or like burnt oranges. Been smoking 20 yrs and I've tastes that maybe 5 times. 2 months ago I bought 4 different strains and sent them to get tested. EVERYONE TESTED THROUGH THE ROOF WITH ASPERGILLUS, BOTRYTIS AND POWDERY MILDEW, FERTILIZERS AND HEAVY METAL!!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. ASTRONOMICAL PRICES FOR MOLDY FLOWER WITH PESTICIDES IN THEM. CLOWN

I walked in and was greeted within seconds, so that was nice. We were afraid of going into a new shop, so presently surprised when greeted and asked if we would like help. They have everything a basic head shop has, but extra variety. It was fun to try new versions of things I’ve had before like miniature King Palms and flavored cbd Popsicles. Overall, good vibe & I’ll be going back!

I love this place, it has a wide variety of seltzerz that i cant get enough of. It is a beautiful! Also the employees are so so awesome. We talk like weve known each other for forever. Day or night I could literally come in at close and they're more than willing to stay and help me through w.e questions I need. Especially the 2nd shift employee Aisia ! Super friendly and always answering my hundreds of questions with a smile on her face.

Don't you love it when an employee decides when the store closes instead of them following the company's store hours. If the store is open till 8pm, the store shouldn't close before 8pm period. On Sun, Feb 1st, I called to confirm the stores hours because of store closures due to a snowstorm. I spoke to a lady who said this store was open till 8pm. I booked a Lyft from East Asheville to the store and arrived at the store at 745pm. Guess what? The store was closed and I wasted $20+ for a Lyft. I was so pissed off. I've been a customer since the first Apotheca opened in downtown at the old Hookah Hookup location. That employee needs to be reprimanded for closing early. Not a big fan of Apotheca right now. Apotheca, do better.

Went in the other day and just everybody there is so knowledgeable. If you think they only sell cannabis products, you are wildly, mistaken. They sell cookbooks they sell shirts. They s”sell book bags of which I have two. They also have honey sticks and other things that are not Made of any cannabis product. I’m talking refrigerator magnets puzzles, card games just lots of fun things. Also everyone there is so polite, and treat you just like family. I just really really do love the store and I really love the people there; if I wasn’t so busy I would go get a job there. And who knows, I may apply in the future

If you haven't checked out this place yet, you're missing out. The variety of products and knowledgeable customer service is on another level than your regular smoke shop. They have gummies, candy, flowers, ice cream, and much more. Yes, I said ice cream, lol. Whatever level you want to be on, this staff has the information and products that you're looking for. Definitely will be a frequent customer.

In Cornelius, the Apotheca Cannabis Dispensary on West Catawba Avenue impressed me with its diverse product range and exceptional customer service. This location that's been broken into at least twice or more in the last few days. You think they would have better security. Or put up cameras. This is affecting the business owners in this space. The coffee shop and the restaurant. Whoever owns this facility obviously doesn't care about the safety of their employees or their customers. I would avoid this chain completely.

This is a legalized drug dealer... I have the constitution to back me up of free speech... just cause they don't like the true call me the cops on me...the owner is just evil. And that conversation didn't even happen inside the store 😒 pure evil
