Bought Chinese herbal medicine and soup herb packs from this traditional Chinese medicine store for several years. The quality is excellent, and the service is great. Today, I got seven doses of Chinese medicine, reasonably priced, and the quality is fantastic. Very happy.

I like the snacks from this place, but will probably never go back. Bought chinese sausages advertised from Kent, WA but were clearly fake when I compared them to other packaging sold elsewhere. Even the sausage casings were plastic. Be very careful

I purchased a Chinese medicine from the store on 3/5 and found the product was expired. I went back to the store on 3/6 to ask for an exchange (with my receipt). The staff refused exchange. She told me their products are not expired and the item I have is not from their store. The staff also said she can sue me. I was so sad and upset. I asked for surveillance video and I can prove I did not purchase any similar product at other places. She refused again. It's horrible experience.

I was referred by my doctor to this store to get some meds. The lady was very rude, impatient and unprofessional. Maybe they have good Chinese meds, but how can I trust them if I got treated like this only because I asked a question they don’t have answer to?
