Amazing customer service. I will never go anywhere else. I didn’t even know I had points but Victoria took the time to explain the points, and get me an 8th for free! Love this store and its people!

Use to be a great shop with great prices, I have no idea what happened. Quality has always been lacking compared to other shops, but the price was right and I could be in and out of there fairly quickly. Now, it takes forever to get an order, prices are up, a the quality isn’t the best. I never thought I would shop at Trulieve again, but they seem to have stuff figured out now.

The service is always great, but I've been shorted on 1g carts like this one a few times. This is fresh out the package, never used. It's not necessarily the dispensaries fault as much as it is the Florida state government's fault; replacing faulty medicine like this counts against your dispensation. I do think the people running this location should check that they are selling the correct amount of a product or the correct product in general. And ensuring you aren't wasting your dispensation on broken/faulty products.

Came in to get a cheap vape battery and I was talked into a better one. The girl that upsold me wasn't pushy at all, she was just very knowledgeable about their products, and I am so excited she was. I love what I bought, and I would definitely come back.

Fix the live resin pens, the lids break and leak , coils get burnt taste and black oozes out of bottom wick holes at the end of the cart . Also changing the prices on the website during the literal middle of the day is creating negative customer experiences . Consequently your staff are the ones who have to fix it when people get upset . Also what happened to the amazing flower strains ? Apples and banana gelato and blueberry triple platinum was amazing . Did you guys lose breeders when you switched over from liberty health ? … get them back maybe . You guys used to be my sole choice for flower but since kingdom chem and other strains have been absent I have been reluctant to try anymore.. it’s sad but everything for awhile kind of tasted the same . I don’t know if others share this sentiment but I used to try every strain you guys released so I think I have a pretty accurate gauge on what they used to taste like vs now . The variance has gone down hill and the cure and taste has gone downhill as well . I used to pop open one of those square containers from lost in translation and I always knew it would be amazing . I wish there was a way where customers could provide feedback on products directly that way you can keep your finger on the pulse as far as the quality fluctuations . Or maybe an internal board of people who have medical cards who provide taste reviews to you . I would be happy to help .
