Most of the time he's on the phone. I only shop here for one thing only, royal blunts. All the rest of his glass n etc is cheap in price and quality. His glass pieces break in a matter of weeks. White tees are popular here so they also must be cheap. Oh and count your change he likes to overcharge n keep change.

Great customer service, seems the owner works every single day. Extremely friendly, and makes sure he always has my brand available, even though it's not real popular. Won't get my cigarettes anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Owner and his wife are very friendly!! If their out of my energy drinks, redline, he always goes out of his way to find them for me!! Also great prices, i would highly recommend this place, plus they dont have a bunch of people hanging around asking for stuff like some other cig stores in antioch!!! Also a plus, he speaks spanish!!

I used to buy cigarettes there years ago and the other day i went in to buy charger and adapter for someone in the hospital thinking it’s better to lose the cheaper accessories than the apple brand. While I was waiting I picked up a can of Butane $2.79 or $2.99 so the charger cable was $4.99 and or the wall adapter $5.99 approx $14 oh and a candy bar $1.50? lets go $2.00 so about $16? yet they give me a merchant copy so there is No breakdown. What it does say $18.73 and adding a Convenience Fee $0.59 for a total of $19.32, what did i leave with? The Charger, Adapter, and MilkyWay in a small black bag! When I called and talked to a man the woman in the background was giving answers as if she knew it was me saying she gave the butane in bag then she said she handed it to me and bag was separate. I hadn’t even given all the details about the incident before they automatically yelling out answers. In my opinion they knew someone was going to be coming back to claim what they purchased knowing they didn’t walk out with the item. Needless to say The man hung up on me before i could say anything more. Bad Bad Business! My Advice? Don’t Shop There!!!

These guys act like your making them go out of their way to work. They are always on the phone while your trying to make a transaction with them and you can't even tell if they are talking to you or not. Poor customer service and very rude. You can tell these 5 star reviews are people they know. I've been here a half dozen times and they act like clowns every time. I'm done with this place. Learn customer service and maybe you will keep some customers.
