Jai here at city smoke shop in Lewisville was very very helpful and considerate to our issue we had bought a product and the product come to find out was missing items out of it and he took the time to check other stores for the similar product so we could exchange but they were all out so he gave us an equal to the cost off deal on another item we purchased I highly recommend coming to city smoke in Lewisville great customer service is hard to find these days and Jai at city smoke is the example of how all companies should treat their customers I will return here for all my smoke needs

Don’t go here at all they don’t back the products if something happens to the vape in a couple days they won’t do anything about it.

Purchased one of their products. Tested before leaving and it was barely working. Staff probably knew it was a defect but send me off. When i came back to tell him it was a defect, he told me he cant exchage or return because i didnt come back on the same day. Almost burnt my mouth due to the defective product but refused to do anything. I would recommend to go to other honest smoke shops. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I read the response but i wanted a different product in the first place and the only reason i got that product was because you recommended it. I spent $30 to just get my mouth almost burnt. If the damage was severe, i would have gone to my lawyer. It makes me more mad that now you are offering exchange after i wrote the review. If you treat customers like this, your business will not succeed. If you have given me exchange the first place, i wouldnt have written this review and now i will not erase it for anything. DO NOT TRUST THE FAKE REVIEWS!!
