Strange atmosphere.. I had an online order. No verification form the budtender of what I was getting. Product listed as Grape runtz on website is actually grape pop when I purchased it.. At least I have tried the Grape pop before and liked it but I thought I was getting something a little different.. Good price with the 40%off.

Stephanie was wonderful! The entire staff here was so friendly and uplifting. It was a great way to start my morning. From the security pleasantly greeting me at the door, to Stephanie and her thorough explanations but quick timing was perfect for me. Thank you! I will be back.

The staff is always so polite and knowledgeable here. They are always very fast and efficient with checkout as well. This is one of my top dispensaries in the area.

I have frequented Columbia care since it's opening. It is in a nice area. Good parking. The big sweaty door guy is moody, so just give him your ID and RESPECT HIS ATHORITY. (I just pretend to) Shhh!! Clean W/ clean restrooms.expect 5-8mins waiting awkwardly to be called into the main purchasing area. +3-5mins for the purchasing phase. Man the great state of Ohio found all kinds of ways to screw up weed now that it's legal. This is a better anti drug program than the war on drugs. Ohio just sucked all the fun out of it.

Sitting in the parking lot extremely irritated, because for the third time now, I have placed an order that they gave away to someone else. Drove 35 mins here. No way to prepay for my order. I check a box that says specifically, “items held til end of day”. Finally make my way through a barrage of Black Friday traffic that has the highway blocked off, sit in a line of 25 people in the lobby, finally get to the counter, oops our bad. Everyone else’s order being handed out in bags. But every time I show up, they ask what I’m looking for, and I have to inform them that i have a preorder. Usually a surprise to them. Sometimes they actually have it, sometimes they don’t. And today they didn’t. Despite sitting in the lobby, viewing my order as available and ready for pickup on the website. no way to alter the pickup time as I sit waiting for them to trudge their way through the lobby line. Do better. Communicate better. This sucks, now I have nothing because there wasn’t a single comparable deal in the whole dispensary. You wasted my time and money again, and made no effort to solve the issue.
