The team here is great. The store always has a good deal going on, but it also helps that the staff is very laid-back and easy to speak to. Working in the industry myself, it is a breath of fresh air for another dispensary to treat me like a person and not just another order. I wish the company didn't rely on kiosks for their orders, but I do understand why. The only complaint I've had is with prerolls that seem like they are ground too finely and packed too tightly, everything else has been great.

All of the employees at the 26th & Cortez location are knowledgeable and very attentive 👍🫶. I've been a patron at this location for approximately 5 years since the accident (an elderly man lost control of his car and crashed into the lobby "running me down resulting in multiple injuries and mental trauma. I only come in Once a month because my PTSD makes it hard for me to ride in a car 😞. This store treats ALL of their customers with Pride in the service they are providing 🤗. Emily went above and beyond to help me get my license sorted out and reapplied. She was very professional, polite and knowledgeable to make it as easy as possible! Hopefully management will recognize her efforts to provide stellar service!

I have always liked coming to this store. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I have been coming to this store and no where else. Even though there are closer locations or better deals. Its the customer service and friendly smiles that keep me coming. Thanks everyone for a great experience.
