Asia is absolutely amazing and makes every visit great! Every time I come in, she’s incredibly helpful when it comes to picking stuff out! She really takes the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you’re getting exactly what fits your needs. What stands out most is how patient and understanding she is. No matter how many questions I have, she never makes me feel rushed and always makes my experience easy.You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure people are satisfied with their purchase. The only pain with this location is the parking but most of the time it’s worth the hassle because they have great sales and they had the best holiday deals within driving distance as far as I could tell. The staff is top notch, everybody is friendly and informative. Recently I had the pleasure of being helped by Deja and Gina D and possibly another Gina and they all were so helpful and understanding. Working as quick as they could while still answering questions and helping with anything I needed. Gina D was very relatable and helpful, couldn’t ask for better service so even with the parking I look forward to going there and I thank those women for their help and kindness.

This location of Curaleaf used to be great, but lately has missed the mark. The employees at this location are really top notch and in my opinion are examples of what great budtenders should be. Unfortunately, In the last few weeks , prices have almost doubled on items I have consistently been buying. If I am purchasing medicine, how can the price rise almost 100% in a week? This Curaleaf used to have great specials and sales but now that does not seem to be the case. I will be going to the ZEN LEAF down the road until the prices return to what they were previously.

The Morton team is simply top notch! They are always friendly and knowledgable about the products. Rich has been a super amazing tender and always give me a VIP experience and great recommendations based on my medical needs. The selection is consistently great, they fulfill all of my needs as a patient.

I'm writing this review because these people deserve it. I mean it is a dream job for some I'm sure. But everyone has been very helpful and pleasant. It's also the best smelling store in Morton, just saying. Keep up the great customer service. Once that goes, so do your clients.

I have always had great experiences when visiting the Springfield/Morton Curaleaf, but yesterday Cecily was so incredibly helpful. I told her what I was looking for in vape carts and she found me a product that I can honestly say is now one of my Dessert Island products. I visited Curaleaf Morton for the first time, and I have to say, the service is top-notch. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different products and their effects. Michael provided personalized recommendations based on my needs, which I really appreciate. Michael is my spirit animal and based on what I observed others feel the same 😊🥰. Michael was super helpful and friendly. Each time I come in it seems like everybody has been at their best and bends over backwards to make it a great experience for me in a different way. Today Michael gave me several tricks and good hacks for using canapay. He actually helped me get $5 extra for my next visit through the app. I mean for me that's awesome. So in my book Michael is Top Shelf. Plus he's got the friendliest smile. If I owned a business I would want to clone Michael x 100 and hire them all.😄
