Avis
Did not bother to check the voicemail. Said they did not have it. When prompted to check voicemail, they found it. Said it would be ready in 30 min. Texted us at the 30 min mark. We served 2 min later and they were already closed for 30 min for lunch. Extremely poor

The front of the store is a great place to shop. All employees are friendly and always willing to help. As far as the pharmacy, the techs I had never had trouble until the last go around. They weren't getting my medicine in. It is something I have to have. After a week of not getting it, I went in and asked the tech what I was supposed to do. She told me to go to Walmart or Walgreens. Which both places have this medicine so there is no shortage of it! I did have the prescription transferred to another pharmacy but my insurance wouldn't cover it there so I went back to CVS and talked to a different tech. She pretty much scolded me and said they can't order my medicine without a prescription. Well the day before they told me to go to another pharmacy and then I get scolded for taking my prescription to the other place! They have done this to several people that I know. My daughter quit going there because they couldn't get her diabetic medicine in but Walmart doesn't have a problem getting it. My friend's blood pressure medicine was the same. They couldn't get it in and told him to take it to Walmart and Walmart had it! So this is not a shortage of medicine!

My mom just came here to pick up her pain medication. She has a variety of chronic illnesses. Today, she came to the CVS like she does every month and was met with nothing but arrogance and hostility. Not only did the pharmacist refuse to treat her like a person, he loudly called her a drug addict in-front of store filled with people. She was mortified. After she called her doctor to push the prescription through, he tried to lie and say that she was overreacting (even after multiple people corroborated her story). Do better. Being kind is free.

I don't know the name of the female who assisted me. She was so helpful. Not only was she helpful, but she was nice. I placed a 1-hour photo print order just after 9:00 PM at the CVS in Salem, Indiana. I asked when I could pick the photos up since the store closed at 10:00 PM. I assumed it would be the next morning. The cashier kindly informed me that based on the size of the order, that I would be able to pick it up in about 10 minutes. I said I would just hang around the store, and she then said that she would call me to the front when it was ready. And she did! I have never been so happy. I spent a weekend being super busy and had to be back at it at 7:15 AM Sunday morning, so picking up that night was a lifesaver. I have rarely seen someone so helpful, kind and professional in today's workforce. There was a different female who helped me in the photo department at first. She showed me how to transfer the photo from my phone to the machine. Both were excellent to say the very least. And the photo department itself with the self-service machines were super easy to use (though could have used a little calibration on the touch screen), and my prints turned out great! I don't have enough kind words to say about my experience. Lastly, I chose CVS because the Walmart photo center closed at 8:00 PM and the Walgreens photo center closed at 9:00 PM. CVS was the total package for me!

Just had 2 Rxs filled and was told by the woman working in the pharmacy it would be at least an hour before they finished ifilling it. As soon as I got home there was a text message from CVS saying my Rx was ready to be picked up. Not doing business with them anymore. They obviously can't keep track of the Rxs they fill.
